Well, it was bound to happen eventually. I found another subscription box I needed. Fabletics is my new favorite thing. I just started doing yoga regularly and my first thought after, “Hey, I actually like yoga.” was “I need new yoga clothes!” Kate Hudson made this really easy for us. In a world with $100 Lululemon yoga pants, it’s hard to find quality leggings and other athletic clothes for a reasonable price. Sure, you can get workout clothes from Target or whatever but I know first hand that they don’t last as long.

About Fabletics:

An exciting collaboration between actress Kate Hudson and the founders of JustFab, Fabletics delivers high-performance athletic wear at an affordable price. Fabletics apparel focuses on fit, function and style, offering complete, coordinated Outfits for your workout and beyond. All of our high-quality apparel and accessories are designed in sunny Los Angeles.

Here’s how the Fabletics VIP program works: On the first of each month, you will be sent new outfits you can choose from. I took some screenshots below so you would have an idea about the different options. You are billed by the total outfit and outfits start around $49.95 a month. You have until the 5th to make your selections OR you can choose to skip the month completely! However, if you don’t take action (you don’t log into the site to skip or pick an outfit) your account will be charged $49.95 and you will have a credit on your account so you can shop later.

What’s really neat is that your first outfit is $25. How cool is that? Here is the outfit I chose:

And… here’s how it looks on me. Haha. I think it looks a lot better on the model. I feel like the shirt is a little to big on me and doesn’t drape in the pretty way that it does on the model. I think the next time I order a “looser” fit type shirt then I will order a size down. The shirt I ordered was a Medium. (Sports bra is my own.) That being said, I really love the pants they sent!

These pants are EXTREMELY well made, they feel very comfortable and I feel like they are comparable to anything you would find at Lululemon. These are pants that you could wear to yoga and then wear out to dinner. And I totally plan on doing that tonight.

If for some reason I wanted to send back part or all of the outfit, I could do that easiliy, postage-paid. Here are the return options: (1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another Outfit or item; or (3) return for a refund less a $5.95 restocking fee.

This is the option I chose for June! When I ordered it, it was on pre-order so I haven’t received it yet. I may update the post with the pics of me in the clothes when I receive them! I’m excited because the shirt looks like 2 pieces but it’s one piece. I love how cool these clothes look! It makes it really easy to go from yoga to out and about without feeling embarrassed about wearing workout clothes!

This is an outtake from when I tried to “model” my new athletic clothes. There were cats everywhere and I was trying to look sporting. Matt is also a terrible photographer so I’m surprised he managed to get both my head AND my feet in the same photo.

Final Grade: B+

Man, how I love those pants! They almost made the grade a full A but because the shirt wasn’t quite right, I’m knocking off a few points. However, even though the shirt isn’t good for working out in, it’s super comfortable and I have enjoyed wearing it around the house. Now I know I will get the next size down. I lost a lot of weight recently so sometimes I forget and order the sizes I’ve always worn.

Box was purchased by me, all opinions are my own. Post contains referral links.
