I have wanted to write about this Dead Sea Salt Scrub from Adovia Mineral Skin Care for awhile but I kept accidentally cutting myself. And cats scratched me. And blisters from the garden…. What a mess. And you know what they say about salt and wounds and all that. I partnered with Brandbacker to review this product and I was really excited about it because for once… I’ve never tried a product like this before.

The whole sea salt scrub is nothing new but for whatever reason, I never tried it– til now. I think one of the main reasons I have never tried it before has nothing to do with the brand that I tried but more the fact that this type of product comes in a jar and that’s hard to juggle in the shower. You can see the little shelf in the picture below– that is the only shelf I have and it usually has other things on it also. And when you have to take off a lid and then scoop out product, it’s just a bit awkward. But logistics aside, I LOVED the Dead Sea Salt Scrub from Adovia!

I loved the Ocean Breeze scent– it was so refreshing! But more importantly, the product did more than scrub. I was really impressed by the oils in the product that made my skin so soft and smooth after the shower. I told Matt, “COME SEE HOW SMOOTH I FEEL.” But the scrub itself felt really nice and invigorating. I’m really glad I finally got the chance to try a sea salt scrub and I’m totally into Adovia’s version!

Final Grade: A

The Dead Sea Salt Scrub by Adovia in Ocean Breeze gets an A from me! I loved how moisturized it left my skin and how nice the exfoliating sea salts felt. I definitely recommend this product and Amazon has it on sale for a steal of $15.95 where you can get free shipping if you spend $35. 1. This sounds awesome! I’ve tried their Dead Sea Salt Bar Soap before and it really did work nicely, but it did dry out my skin a bit. I suffer from Psoriasis, so I bet this would be great since you mentioned it leaves the skin feeling smooth afterwards! I may have to try it out!
