Yay, it’s June Pennie Post time! This is one of my favorite subscriptions and it’s one that comes really early in the month so you are prepared to send cards for any holidays that may be later in the month
If you’re just joining us, Pennie Post is a subscription “box”– it’s technically an envelope– that sends about 3 interesting note cards per month with the occasional other paper product thrown in. Previously, you could only buy a month at a time or pre-pay for several months at a time but now they have a regular monthly subscription at $10.23 a month! Which is super specific but accurate.
So, this is random… this month they included a “You’re So Cool” Lemon Coaster. Until recently, I thought they just sent the coaster by itself and another random hot pink envelope but apparently they were a pair. Whoops. Sorry I didn’t take a picture of the hot pink envelope but we can use our imagination. However, I think it’s kind of a neat idea to send someone a coaster instead of a regular card. I think that’s creative. Pennie Post will occasionally send little cards and gift tag type items and this month they included a “Congratulations” Mini Enclosure. Since we are in wedding season, I’m sure this will be used very soon! I am totally charmed by this Happy Scoops Father’s Day Card. But I was bummed because I had already bought my dad (and Matt’s dad) Father’s Day cards. I wonder if I will remember to send it to my dad next year? Time will tell! But seriously, that ice cream is so cute. Also I’m hungry. So my favorite card out of the whole bunch (heyo) is this Rainbow Chard Blank Card. I love the bright colors– those greens! I think I will send this to one of my foodie friends. Foodies like chard, right?
Final Grade: A
I love Pennie Post and getting reminders to send a few cards is always fun and the low price point of $10.23 (?) can’t be beat. You should unplug for a bit and write some cards! Keep the USPS in service! Click here to subscribe!
