I don’t know how they do it, but Target has somehow managed to top itself once again. The Beauty Box appears to now be monthly? Unclear. It used to be at random, but they have eased into a seemingly monthly release as of late. One thing can be sure, it is always (ALWAYS) worth the few bucks that Target sells them for (this one was only $7!!).

Without fail, the Target Beauty Box sells out in a matter of hours simply because they pack it full of quality items for a super low price tag. You have to be quick to get one of these puppies! Let’s see what this month’s box included!

IMG_5027

Bath Pouf by EcoTools – $1.97: This pouf could not have come at a better time. I am about to kick off a long vacation and I will be bringing this with me! It’s on the smaller end, which is perfectly compact for my toiletries bag.

Lip Repair Balm by SkinFix – $4.99: I love this balm! It’s perfect to throw in my purse for sure, but it also is extremely moisturizing for the winter. Plus it’s a full-size item which is awesome for such an inexpensive box!

Body Creme in Sea Lily Jasmine by Mayfair Soap Foundry ~ $1.65 (deluxe sample): This lotion not only smells fantastic, but it also is perfectly purse-sized! This is quite a sizable sample so I can get quite a few uses out of it as a hand cream!

Hydrating Night Cream by Derma E ~ $10.99 (deluxe sample): This cream is supposed to be great. Full of hyaluronic acid, vitamins C & E, plus aloe, it’s a surprisingly good find for, again, such an inexpensive box. This is about half the size of the regular full-sized product, so once again there are many uses in this container (thanks, Target!).

Coconut Oil Shampoo & Conditioner by Soapbox ~ $2.00: I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. It’s thickening, softening, moisturizing, and it even smells great. These are once again large samples, perfect for traveling!

IMG_5034

BB Cushion by Laneige ~ $4.00: I loooooove when samples have multiple shades to try! Inevitable my skin is just too pale for a pre-determined neutral hue, so being able to try a couple different shades is so awesome. This BB cushion is so bouncy and airy, it’s fun to use!

IMG_5035

Nail Polish Applique by Incoco – $6.99: I’ve wanted to try these nail strip sticker things for so long! Particularly Jamberry, but these will do. I’m not a huge fan of the color (Is it pink? Is it coral? Is it salmon?!), but it might look cute with a glitter or speckle coat layered on top of it.

Boost It Air Blown Texture Mist by L’Oreal – $3.99: There comes a time when I’m reviewing a Target Beauty Box when I think I’m nearing the end of the products, but then discover that I have several more to write about. They pack SO MANY THINGS into these boxes, I can’t express that enough. This root booster is pretty nice for a drugstore item, it’s no sub for mousse but it’s definitely nice to give a boost and subtle messy beachy look.

Eau de Toilette in Embrace by Vera Wang ~ $0.50 (NOTE: I have no idea how much perfume samples go for these days): It’s worth mentioning that I am really picky about what fragrances I’ll wear, because I freaking LOVE this scent. You’ll notice that about half the bottle is gone in the picture, and that is because I have been wearing it for the past couple of days. It’s super rare that I stray from my tried and true perfume favs, but there may be a perfume splurge in my future! According to the description, this scent is a mix of pear blossom, green tea, freesia, peony, orange blossom, and sandalwood – but just trust me, it smells great. Even my husband noticed I switched it up!

Final Rating: A++++

How can I possibly rate a box this good any less than perfect? The retail value of everything is around $37.00, but I paid just $7.00. Craziness! Each month keeps getting better and better. PLUS they always include a $3.00 coupon for beauty items at Target. They are basically just giving this box away.
