Sorry for my delay in reviewing the November Allure Beauty Box – I was a little annoyed by it, as you’ll see in my review.

Box Type: Monthly beauty box featuring 6 high end beauty product samples (and sometimes full-sized products!).
Why you’ll love it: Top brands, great price, new products that you will love! A great way to sample expensive products without committing to the price tag. Each box comes with an Allure mini-magazine that showcases each product and is as quality as you’d expect from a magazine powerhouse like Allure.
Seche Premier Colour in Refined ($9.99): The Seche Vite Fast Top Coat (below) is legendary in the nail polish world. Ask any nail polish aficionado what the best top coat is and they will almost always go with that one. Now, they have started making polish as well!
Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat ($8.99/full-size): As mentioned above, this is a top coat holy grail. I have used it and I like it! I’m glad to have a little one for traveling! Though it is a little annoying that we received two products from one brand, even if it IS one that I like!
Red Flower Icelandic Moonflower Moisturizing Body Lotion ($26/full-size): This lotion smelled amazing! I have only tried this brand a few times but I’m glad to have this lotion for my purse or even my desk at work.
Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline ($82/full-size): I am getting a little tried of receiving Bvlgari perfumes in almost every box. They aren’t my favorite perfumes and would it kill Allure to give us some variety? I mean, the bottles are very pretty (though a little hard to open) and this perfume wasn’t bad. I am just REALLY ready to try a new brand.
Eyeko Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner ($20/full-size): Now THIS is a product I’m happy to get! The Eyeko eyeliners are pretty well known for being great but I hadn’t ever tried one before! The line was super black, which I appreciate. Sometimes liquid liners come out kind of grey but not this one. This will make the perfect cat eye. Check out the swatch below!

Bonvivant Botanical Mask Pack ($20/10): I love a good face mask. I use them pretty regularly, usually on Sundays. That little ritual helps me prepare for the week. Aloe is known for its moisturizing properties so I am excited to add this to my stash!
Final Grade: C
OK, I’m deducting major points here for the lack of variety in the Allure Beauty Box. Are we ever going to get something besides a Bvlgari perfume? And on top of that, we received 2 products from the same brand. I happen to like the brand, so that isn’t as big of a deal but I am POSITIVE the editors at Allure use perfume besides Bvlgari. That said, I’m excited to use the mask and eyeliner.
