It’s that time of year when my Walmart Beauty Box not only surprises me because I forgot about it but because I will use almost everything they sent!
Price: $5 per quarter
Box Type: A mix of drugstore beauty, hair and body product samples. There are two boxes, an “older” box which usually contains more skincare samples and a “younger” box, which sometimes gives you more “youthful” products. I was getting the younger one, and I think I still am. However, I tried to get the older one by changing my birthday so now I’m not sure which one I get!
Why you’ll love it: For less than the cost of a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte, you can get a surprise box of samples to try. And because this is a quarterly box, you might forget you have it, like I do. Then it’s an even bigger surprise! This box is great for loading up your travel bag.

I’m so glad that a winter box sent me lotion! And body wash! I will totally use both. What’s great is that when I go to the store to buy body wash, I always buy Dove, so I’m glad to have a travel-sized one for my gym bag. As for the dry shampoo, I was prepared to say that I tried this once and I wasn’t a fan but I saw that it’s a new formula, so I’ll try it and see if I like it better this time.

I wasn’t mad when they included MORE moisturizers! My hands get so dry so I NEED a great cream for dry skin and this is the perfect size for my purse. And I love my Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer (seriously, it might be the best body product ever invented) but I’m happy to try out this one from Curel! Again, it’s the perfect size for my gym bag, so I’m a happy camper.
They also included some samples from Loreal and Garnier. I might actually use the Garnier samples, as I really liked a different scent from the same line!
Final Grade: A+
Best Winter Walmart Box ever!!! I’m excited to use basically everything in here, including the dry shampoo, which I thought I was going to immediately give away. I am glad to use all the hand cream and I’m excited to try the Curel wet skin moisturizer!
