I have to tell y’all… I think #MorpheMe Brush Club is quickly becoming my favorite subscription box. This is probably because I am getting back into all my powder eye shadows, so I can’t really have enough brushes right now. But honestly, I always love getting new brushes. And I’ve become recently enamored with Morphe. So this is a win-win. 🙂

So… what did I get this month?

The theme this month was “Sweeter Days” which is cute. I mean, I don’t totally get why this box NEEDS a theme – these are just brushes, dude. But, whatever, the little card was pretty cute.

Right out of the envelope, the brushes look like this – they are in little bags so they aren’t just flopping around in the package, getting their bristles all riled up.

And here they all are! Ta da! I just happened to have this Stella glass sitting around from my Box of Style review. (This isn’t a great glass for displaying brushes because the opening is so small. Live and learn.) But I’ll go into more detail on each of them below.

M401 Large Pointed Powder ($13.99): This is type of powder brush I didn’t have! And if I’m telling the truth, I guess I didn’t know it existed. It seems like it would be really good if you are “baking” your under-eye concealer, this would be a nice way to brush off that powder afterwards. You could really use any brush to do that but this is nice and targeted. This could be used to just set your under-eye powder as well. I haven’t really figured out what I’m personally going to do with it yet, but I like that I have some options.

M412 Deluxe Pointed Blender ($5.99): This is a great brush for targeting shadow in the crease. I like how it’s really pointed- It’s probably the pointiest brush in this size that I own, so I like that. I don’t have any great tips yet because I’m still playing around but I definitely like it!

M521 Chisel Oval Shadow ($5.99): This is a great basic for blending out shadows. I like it!

M436 Mini Duo Blender ($6.99): This is a brush that I haven’t quite figured out how I’m going to use. The website says you can use it to get an airbrushed finished using powder or liquid makeup. Like I said, I haven’t used it yet, but I always love having OPTIONS.

Final Grade: A

Once again, #MorpheMe Brush Club does it again! While I haven’t figured out how to use all the brushes I received, I love the fact that I got 4 brushes I didn’t have before! I dropped the eyeshadow brushes into my routine right away and I really like them.
