Matt and I got a little excited and ripped open the box before I took the picture. Normally the sticker isn’t ripped. 🙂
One of the coolest things about this box is the little magazine they include, The Gentleman’s Post which describes content under the themes “Look Good,” “Feel Good” and “Be Good.” I am always so impressed with the curation of the magazine because I think it’s a nice touch to put so much thought into a men’s box. Sometimes I think women are spoiled with all of our options but I think this is such a great box for men, especially for the price point of $25!
And here’s everything we got this month! I was super impressed with the value not to mention purpose of most of the items.
Gentleman Essentials Accessory Tray ($35): This was my personal favorite item in the box. I introduced Matt to the magic of trays. Everything looks a little better in a tray than just sitting out, so this found a spot on his nightstand, holding some of his things.
Unsimply Stitched Socks ($12): Matt LOVES these. I think the socks that Matt gets are some of his favorite things. He loves wearing all the socks he’s received from his Gentleman’s Boxes. He says that they are good.
Armoir Fashion Leather Bracelet ($28): Matt doesn’t currently wear a lot of jewelry. I got him a really cool Kenneth Cole watch that he wears when we go out… and halfway through the night, he hands it to me to put in my purse because his wrist is hot. He doesn’t hate the bracelet but he doesn’t know if it will make his wrist hot. (Eyeroll emoji.) He did say he would try to wear it someday! I think it’s cool, though. We’ll see what happens!
Defined Men Leather Cufflinks ($29): I couldn’t find these to link them… but is anyone sad? These are really ugly. Matt and I both agree that they are weird and kind of gross. However, I think I took a REALLY good picture of them. I am really impressed with myself. But the cufflinks are gross, which is a bummer since this is the only let-down item this month.
Kiko Cord Holder ($5): I actually ended up taking this from Matt because he already has a case for his headphones but this definitely helped me corral my headphones in my purse!
Final Grade: A
Matt really liked this box and to be honest, I did also! With the exception of those strange cufflinks, this box was a home run. Matt loves the socks and the little tray and I’m getting good use out of that cord holder. Time will tell if Matt wears a bracelet or if it ends up in my purse. 🙂
I think this is such an incredible value for $25, so if you are interested in subscribing for you or your man, click here!
