Cheers Lacquered Tray by Fringe Studio ($28) – I absolutely love this tray! Not only is it adorable (can we talk about how much I love gold polkadots??) but it’s sturdy. It’s hefty and solid, plus it’s got a thick lacquered surface so it’s nice and spill-proof.
I wasn’t sure how much I’d like it from the photos, but when I pulled it out of the box I fell in love! It’s also pretty big; at about 12″ long it’s perfect to carry drinks to party guests, set out with hors d’oeuvres, or even just use as a catch-all around the house.
5-in-1 Bouncy Mask by First Aid Beauty ($38) – Not sure how this is a celebration-themed item, but I’ll take it. It has taken me a little while to get on the First Aid Beauty (FAB) train, but this mask has certainly steered me into fan-girl status. 10 minutes gives you brighter, firmer, extremely moisturized skin. Any brand that makes those claims and then delivers (which it does) is worth the price tag in my book.
Free Spirit Journal by Fringe Studio ($16) – I love this journal! I was not expecting it to be a shiny rose gold, and I was surprised to find that the cover feels like actual leather (it’s faux). It comes with a pretty ribbon bookmark and the pages are edged with a rose gold finish:
I will never run out of uses for a pretty notebook, and every time I see metallic pink things I am transported to my happy place.
Friendship Bracelet by DOGEARED ($34) – Not one to avoid jewelry trends, POPSUGAR of course included a cute string bracelet in this month’s box. I love the adorable heart, and the band is so dainty that it works really well layered with other jewelry.
Gold Glitter Candles by Meri Meri ($7.50) – This definitely makes sense in this box as POPSUGAR celebrates its 5th birthday. These extra tall gold-flecked candles will look fabulous on my upcoming birthday cake. Maybe I’ll even show enough self control to blow them out before diving mouth first into the cake (unlikely).
Goodie Girl Cookies in Chocolate Chunk ($2.95) – These were a fun little addition this month. Not a high dollar value but who doesn’t like chocolate chip cookies? People who have lost their damned minds, that’s who.
$25 Shoptiques.com Gift Card! – YESSSSSSSS!!! I love gift cards! This one is a no-strings-attached little bonus that’s worth almost the value of the whole box by itself! Shoptiques can definitely have some pricier items, but there are a LOT of things that are roughly $25 in the sale section, which is where I will be heading to spend this little freebie! Also, can we talk about how cool this gift card box is:

I loved this box! And not just because everything was a varying shade of pink (but that didn’t hurt, let’s be honest). The retail value was over $150, which is SO high for a subscription box! POPSUGAR definitely killed it this month, so I have high hopes for the always amazing fall boxes coming soon!
