As usual, the little magazine they include each month, The Gentleman’s Post, is the bomb. It describes contents under the themes “Look Good,” “Feel Good” and “Be Good.” I am always so impressed with the curation of the magazine because I think it’s a nice touch to put so much thought into a men’s box. Sometimes I think women are spoiled with all of our options but I think this is such a great box for men, especially for the price point of $25!
I want to note that this month’s magazine included a section on how to wash your face. If any of you know the story about how my husband washed his face, you will know how comical this is. He really could have used those instructions a few months ago.
And here’s everything in this month’s box!
Gentlemen Essentials Earth Bracelet ($19): And this is the one thing in the box I know Matt will never, ever wear. It’s just not his style. I’ll donate it.
Brickell Face Wash ($7): Matt didn’t seem too thrilled about this one, but at least now he has detailed instructions in case he wants to use it! (LOL.)
Modern Made Man Wallet ($48): This is such a cool mini-wallet. I think Matt might use this – not every day because he has a regular wallet for that – but I think he might use this for occasions where he doesn’t want to carry a bulky wallet around.
Gentleman Collective Tie ($29): Matt really enjoyed this tie because it’s a kind of flannel material that seems like it will be perfect for Fall!
Wolf Clothing Co. Highbrow Socks ($14): Matt really loved the socks this month. I don’t think he has any paisley socks and these are such cute mini paisleys. Matt always enjoys the socks he’s received in Gentleman’s Boxes!
Final Grade: B+
This was a great box, but maybe SLIGHTLY less great than I think the boxes normally are, but most of those things just have to do with personal preferences.
I still think the box is a great value and if you know a guy who likes accessories, you might want to get this for him by clicking here!
