On Black Friday/Cyber Monday, I decided to take Glossier up on their 20% off sale, as they do not do sales very often. Maybe a couple times a year? So I stocked up on my Milky Jelly and bought a few other things, so I thought I would share!
And here’s everything I got! Not a ton of things, but things I’m very excited about!
They always include a little sample and I asked for Glossier You, their perfume. They are also known for their free stickers, so this time, they included some gift tag stickers, which is super cute. And a holographic Glossier sticker, which I put in my beauty room!
Glossier Stretch Concealer ($18): I have been wearing lighter coverage makeup lately, so I wanted a bit of a lighter concealer for the weekends. I just use a little it Cosmetics 203 concealer brush to brush it lightly around my eyes and it definitely brightens them a bit. It’s very emollient, so if I was doing a full face of makeup, I might powder it. But I basically got it to use on a day when I’m using all cream products, so if it creases, it creases. I can just tap it away, no biggie.
Glossier Cloud Paint Duo in Dusk and Puff ($30): These are not my first cloud paints, which is why I knew I needed more of them. I already had Beam, which is a peachy color. I wanted to get Dusk, which is kind of a bronzy color, and Puff, which is a cool-tone pink. I put a little bit more of dusk on my arm in the swatch below than you’d actually need, but I was trying to make it show up. These blend out like a dream and look so beautiful and natural. When they first launched, I remember they mentioned you could mix them, so I might do that at some point, now that I have a few!
From L to R: Cloud Paints in Puff and Dusk, Stretch Concealer in Light
Glossier Milky Jelly ($18): Ahhh, my Milky Jelly. I have purchased this a number of times and had been out of it for a few weeks, so I’m glad to have a new one again! This is my fave second cleanser. As in, I use an oil cleanser first to break up the makeup. Milky Jelly alone is not a great standalone cleanser, in my opinion. But used in conjunction with a makeup remover, I think it’s great. It’s very gentle, non-drying and it slightly smells like roses.
I weirdly did not pick up any Boy Brow this time, but that’s because I am so enjoying the Colourpop version, Brow Boss ($6). Though I’m sure I’ll pick up a Boy Brown again… It’s a dang good product!
And that’s it! Did y’all pick up anything from Glossier during the sale? If so, I want to hear all about it.
