BeautyFix is quickly becoming my favorite beauty box! At $25/month, it’s a bit more than Birchbox or Allure’s Beauty Box or Play! by Sephora, but the value is always killer.

As a reminder, here are some of the perks of BeautyFix:

  • $100+ value in each box
  • Curated by skin experts
  • Professional-grade and hard-to-find spa exclusives
  • Mostly full and deluxe travel sizes.
  • Free Shipping

Here is everything I got this month! Seriously, I love this box.

Danielle Creations Cork Pill Box ($14.99): I thought this was such a cool inclusion! I have a lot of medical issues so this wouldn’t hold all that I would need it to, but I like that the little plastic pill part comes out, and I can use the box to hold earrings or jewelry! This would definitely be great for travel!

See, it’s even lined with that fuzzy material like a jewelry box!

Luzern Laboratories Force De Vie Pure Oxygen Creme Luxe ($150): I have been using this for a few weeks now and I like it! It has a crazy price-point, so this isn’t something I would likely buy full-size but it’s definitely very moisturizing without being overly creamy or greasy. It soaks in fairly quickly.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel Sensitive ($39 FULL SIZE!): I am thrilled to receive this product. I haven’t used a lot of peels in my regimen but I thought this one for sensitive skin would be a great place to start. I am having some acne issues so I am going to try to use this a few times a week to see if it helps at all. I’ve used it once and despite being called a peel, it didn’t hurt or burn or anything like that.

Vincent Longo Sun Moon Stars Trio Eyeshadow ($27): This was a nice inclusion. I haven’t used Vincent Longo products in awhile and so it was nice to try their shadow again. I think the Sun (pink) and Stars (purple) shadows are great for my green eyes but something about that sea green of the Moon shade really appeals to me! I don’t know when I would wear it but the shadows feel creamy and nice.

Here are the shades in Sun, Moon and Stars! I love that little shimmer of the different colors.

Alterna CC Cream 10-in-1 Complete Correction Leave-In Hair Perfector ($25): I haven’t had a chance to use this product yet but I plan to. With my hair type, this isn’t something I’d need every day, but maybe once a week or so, I could use it when I’m not going anywhere. Otherwise, leave in conditioners like this tend to weigh my hair down.

Pangea Organics Facial Cream Nigerian Ginger With Sweet Lavender & Thyme ($40): I haven’t had a chance to try this facial cream either but as I read about it, it seems like it might actually be perfect for me, so I’m putting it in my gym bag. The ingredients are actually supposed to work to balance the pH of your skin and the grape leaf extract will help balance the oil in your skin.

Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Foaming Mask ($56): This was a really interesting mask! When I applied it, it was super foamy. But as I waited per the instructions, all of the foaminess went away and then the mask felt nice. Nothing super special but I’ll get a couple uses out of this mask sample so I’m glad I could try it!

Decleor Aromessence Neroli Hydrating Oil Serum ($73): Because my skin has been so crazy, I haven’t wanted to try this product yet. Once my skin issues are cleared up, I will try this!

TOCCA Beauty Eau De Parfum in Stella ($68): I got to try this sample in my Play! by Sephora box so I was already familiar with it. I’m definitely a fan of this slightly citrus, orchid and sandalwood scent. Out of all of the TOCCA scents, I think this is my favorite!

Final Grade: A

I continue to be super impressed with the BeautyFix box from DermStore.com I really like that this box continues to be more focused on skincare than a lot of makeup because that’s something that I’d like to still experiment with more with different spa products.

If you want to sign up for a BeautyFix box, leave you email in the comments below, or email me at ThoseBoxyLadies@gmail.com, and they will give you $10 to spend at DermStore.com which you can apply to the cost of your first box. Kind of a no brainer when you see how much you receive! Let me know!
