I loooooooooved this month’s POPSUGAR box. Loved it. Love love loved it. Plus, I somehow managed to get my box before any internet spoilers popped up, so for once in like 3 years this box was a total surprise!
Price: $39.95/month
Box Type: Lifestyle & beauty, full-sized products
Why you’ll love it: Always on-trend, always fun and interesting, always worth 4-5 times the price of the box! There’s so much to love about POPSUGAR!

Check out what was in this POPSUGAR box:
(Look at all that fun loot!)
Unqualified by Anna Faris ($28): I love Anna Faris. I don’t really like any movies or shows she has been in, but I like HER as a person. I am also a huge fan of celebrity-written books, so I will definitely read this one!
Tarteist PRO Glow to Go Highlight + Contour Palette by Tarte Cosmetics ($23): I am always, always down to try new makeup, especially a palette that looks nice on my skin tone. This has a pearl and a shimmering sand highlighter plus a fairly neutral contour shade. These are blendable, soft, and creamy; Tarte is not a cheap brand, so this will make a great addition to my collection!
Jen Atkin x Chloe + Isabel Split Headband in Rose Gold ($22): It is super rare that I receive a head accessory that isn’t a.) hilariously tiny on my giant head, or b.) makes my giant head look hilariously bigger. This headband not only looks great on me, but it’s actually really comfortable on my noggin! It looks super cute with a top knot/messy bun, which is how I’ve been wearing it.
Chalkboard Paper Placement Pad + Set of Chalk Style Pencils by Hester & Cook ($29): I didn’t know what to make of these when I pulled them out of the box, but now I am totally sold. The placemats are actually a pad of chalkboard paper (16 sheets) that you can draw on, let your guests draw on, or leave black. I think these would also look really cute as food labels at a party, or cute signs for whatever the hell reason you want!
Holiday Mint Newsprint Gift Wrap by Knot & Bow ($6): This was a fun addition to the box! I am that person who runs to the store in a panic on Christmas Eve because she forgot (yet again) to buy wrapping paper ahead of time, or somehow thought one tiny roll was more than enough to wrap the entire family’s gifts. Plus this gift wrap is super cute and (partially) recycled!
Peppermint Chocolate-Covered Pretzels by Fatty Sundays ($3.49): Pretzels dipped in 70% dark chocolate and rolled in peppermint candy – there is literally nothing to hate about these.
BONUS ITEM: $25 Gift Card to BloomThat.com! I didn’t take a picture of this because I didn’t even see it until just now, but this is such a cool little bonus item! I’ve never heard of this company before, but the bouquets look REALLY pretty (way better than the usual delivery services). I will definitely give this company a shot the next time I send flowers to someone!
Final Rating: A
I really liked this box, and for once it was nice to be surprised by getting it prior to the inevitable deluge of spoilers for once. The retail price for everything this month was over $135, so not too shabby! I considered not searching for spoilers for the December box, but that lasted about 2 seconds because immediately after having that thought I googled for spoilers (I’m weak). No spoilers yet, but hopefully soon!
xo,
Jill
I bought this box, all opinions are my own.
