- I’ve been watching this slightly ridiculous show called Hindsight. Have y’all seen it? It’s a scripted show on VH1 about a chick who was about to marry a dude in present day but gets in a time traveling elevator and then is transported back to the 90’s to the day before she was set to marry this OTHER dude in her past. Basically, she is given the chance to do everything over again. With the backdrop of the 90’s! It’s fun. I like it. Y’all should watch it.
- I’m also growing to like Girlfriends Guide to Divorce. I let Bravo’s incessant ads about it permeate my brain and then I finally recorded it and I’ve been watching it. And it took a few episodes for it to hit its stride but I really like it now! What IS kind of weird is that Janeane Garofalo started out in the first few episodes and then randomly took a “trip to Portland with her kids” never to return again. I wonder what other show Janeane preferred to do instead of this one? They replaced her with a girl that has her same sarcastic schtick so the show still works. But that was weird. If y’all are bored and need some girl zone out time, it’s worth watching on demand.
- I have found a new lip product I like. I know what y’all are thinking: “Oh, I bet this is some super expensive exclusive product that only Professional Bloggers have access to.” I’m going to be honest with you. It’s actually a drugstore product. It’s called Nivea A Kiss of Care & Color in Sheer Berry. I have always loved Nivea chapsticks but this one has the PERFECT amount of sheer color that is basically a very close match to my actual lip color but better. But it’s a chapstick. It’s less than $5. I already have 2 of these.
- I wrote about this product briefly in my Allure Sample Society review, but I’m now totes obsessed with this Erno Laszlo Sea Mud Deep Cleansing Bar. I was initially kind of tickled by how tiny the sample bar of soap was. But then I started using it. And I LOVED it! And then my mom texted me and told me about how Diane Keaton into it back in the 70’s and how Woody Allen (grrr) actually wrote her love of the soap into one of his movies. I can’t remember the movie off hand now, but apparently he makes a reference to her black soap. So y’all. This soap is kind of iconic! In addition to being awesome soap! And I know this is going to sound crazy, but I actually bought a full size. For $45. I know! Who would do that? However, I want you to know that I haven’t even opened it yet because I am still using that tiny bar of soap. It’s lasting forever and I am using it every day! So I think the full size could last a good six months or more. I’ll keep you posted. (My friend Beth of Beeju Boxes knew I loved this soap and actually sent me HER sample also, which was awesome. And she also sent me a ton of other fun products from various Memeboxes. She actually sent me enough things where I could actually write a whole blog about THAT box but most of them are in Korean so the blog might short and also possibly full of lies.)
Enjoy your weekend, y’all!

That’s so funny you wrote about that Nivea lip balm. They were 75% off at my CVS the other day so I thought why not and got the berry one. I LOVE IT!!! It’s so pretty but it feels so good and smells good and tingles and is just perfection. I went back to get more and got the last one which was the red one but I haven’t tried it yet.
You crack me up! Possibly full of lies….
Thanks, Addie
