Wantable is a company that has a few different kinds of subscription boxes. They have one for makeup, jewelry, and intimates. I subscribe to the Intimates box. For $36 a month they send you a box of underwear/bras/loungewear based on your preferences.
I have seen several different boxes from other people on other sites and was excited to receive my first box. However, I hate to say it, but I was super disappointed with it.
The first problem is that it seems like they didn’t pay attention to my size preferences. I usually run between Medium and Large in terms of undies but for the purposes of this box I played it on the safe side and put Large. They sent me a cute pair of panties… in Medium.
And it wasn’t the forgiving kind of Medium. I looked like the Michelin man. Though the panties were cute, it was not a good look.
They also sent me a pajama set that maybe other people might like but… it just wasn’t my style at ALL. The print itself was kind of cute but… it was very, very pink. I like pink as much as the next girl but I don’t think I could pull this off, even sitting around my apartment. I also think it would sort of terrify Matt.

It just was a little much for me.
There was one item in the box I liked and that was the boot tights by Shelby Mason they included.
These tights are awesomely Fall. I wear tights with dresses and boots all the time and I’ve never seen tights like these with socks attached.
The only problem is that I never got a chance to wear them. Because of the issues with the fit of the panties, I contacted customer service and they gave me a free shipping card so I could send the box back for a full refund. I didn’t ask about sending back just part of a box but it seems like their preference is to send back the full box. But the customer service seemed very easy and great so I appreciated that.
After I receiving this initial box and was obviously a bit unhappy with it, I decided to change a few of my preferences so I’m hoping that I will love my next box. And hey, I got all my money back for September so there was no love lost here.
For obvious reasons, I’m rating this box a D. The cool tights saved it from being a total failure. I looked at the Wantable site and they say that each month you are supposed to receive “4-5 Premium Essentials” and I feel like I just received 3 not-so-great things. In that respect, this box is a bust. But this is not the end for me and Wantable. I’m still optimistic that I’ll receive great boxes from them in the future. I also may venture into the jewelry or makeup boxes at some point as well. If you are interested in giving Wantable Intimates a try, click here!

I’ve seen them send really cute stuff to other people so I was actually kind of shocked. But like I said, I did get my money back very easily. Onto the next month!
They should have let you do a partial return, those tights were seriously cute.

I’m waiting for box #2. But my blog today was about Wantable Accessories. And WOOF.
I saw that, it looks like they just grabbed a bunch of stuff from lightinthebox and tried it pass it off as on trend.
It was shocking, actually.
I have had issues with them sending me the wrong size or something off my dislikes list. Both times I have contacted customer service, explained the problem and they send me a replacement item without me having to send anything back to them.
If I had liked anything enough to keep the boxes, I might have done that. But I would never have worn anything in any of the boxes so I was fine sending it all back. Perhaps there is someone in the world that enjoys the things I didn’t care for.
